I clicked into the other forum link (thanks for it @JEPG). It looks to me like they had a argument but they still respect each other even when they seem to lecturing each other.
My speculation only: maye they respect each other because they know the other guy knows what he’s talking about and has years of experiened of living on FIRE.
On this forum, although it looks like a FIRE forum, not many people seem FIRed, actually. They (the people not fired) still make a lot of noise for how to FIRE, even to FIRE people.
On this forum one guy got silenced and the other guy, I don’t know. I don’t know why goofy left, but he was very determined, it looks like, to me. I don’t know why.
I hope we have more FIRE people again soon.
