I guess it’s fair to expect some credentials if you pay for a service. If I pay 1k for a single tennis lesson, the coach better has some excellent track record and credentials.
But complaining on a free forum that people without or other credentials (no way to know this anyway, most are anonymous) are too loud, is strange to me.
It’s like joining an alcoholics self-help group and then complain why only 10% of them are sober for more than a year.
