If the topic has advanced enough, I just made a new wiki post in the past.
Technically I think yes, but, in my opinion, having 500 follow up messages beats the purpose of Wiki. It is better to have a dedicated summary Wiki thread and a discussion thread - see fixed income threads.
We moderators, like all humans, have limited time at our hands. So I would be happy if some senior forum users take initiative and organize few things in the forum, like @oslasho did for fixed income, the latest prominent example, I think.
In my opinion, a wiki post with 100 follow-up messages defies the purpose of wiki. That post (thanks @nugget ) is still “under construction”. The situation around 3a has changed significantly, both legally (inpayments for previous years) and practically (solution available). So I closed it in a hope that someone will create a new version.
So, volonteers are welcome to create new Wiki pages on the following topics:
