My intention was to focus on a failure of the pension fund to pay out the money to retirees. Which I consider a very small risk in Switzerland.
Was that in Switzerland? If so, did you initiate any legal action? Since we are mainly concerned about life in Switzerland, this would be a valuable story to share.
Sorry for making yet another suggestion. But maybe it’s most helpful if we limit ourselves to the situation and to examples in Switzerland. I think most examples or studies from abroad are less relevant in the context of this forum. Of course, if you were directly affected by such an example, it can be relevant again.
I gave my example (from a western european country) just to illustrate the shenigans in a perfectly normal country.
