Do we have a neon employee here? I’ve spotted a kind-of big mistake in their FAQ. They forgot the word “daily” on their Limit FAQ in italian. Risky.

Risky? FAQ is not legally binding.

Why not send a message to their support? They usually respond quickly.

Anyone is also feeling there are more and more issues with Neon the past few months? Especially at login, it’s now to a point that when I open the app, I’m guessing already I won’t make it to my account.

Either it’s in maintenance, or just not working, like this morning there’s endless loading after I attempt to login (fingerprint or code) and then the login prompt pops again.

It’s becoming annoying to say the least, other than that I like the bank, but these technical issues are becoming unacceptable given the app is literally the only way to access the account.

For what matters, I have an up-to-date Android flagship phone from couple years ago.

Only had an issue once but that was months ago and they also wrote, there was a high log-in attempt on 25. of this specific month.

Not from IT but maybe re-installing can help?

Yes, I am also experiencing this problem. Sometimes I cannot login at all, sometimes it takes a very long time. Also on Android.

Yes and even more! But I’m sure they like having my money though. Anyway I’m fine with a few glitches here and there, but not even being able to login (or often see upcoming payments) is more than just a small glitch…

Login failed once or twice during server updates. But that was quite a while ago - and I’m making all of my daily payments through Neon. Nothing too disruptive.

I also barely have any problems. Every once in a while login takes a bit longer (10-15 seconds), but that’s about it.

The only problem I have is that the login page is slow in accepting what I type. Silly Javascript.

Rarely, I cannot log in. But the worst experience I have with TWINT (UBS app). Now it takes almost always 24h to receive the money, or the orher part as recepient has to wait. I suppose will move back to PostFinance and use neon for forex transactions.

Really? I use Twint UBS prepaid from time to time. Sending money (with credit card) arrives instantaneously, and receiving money is notifiied within seconds as well. When it actually arrives in my account I don’t know, but I also don’t care if it takes a few days.

Several weeks ago was that for me as well. But now I pay a friend and they even don’t get notified. Ca 24h later they comfirm.
I wrote to neon support, the answer:

Leider haben wir keine eigene TWINT App deswegen gehen die Überweisungen länger, wenn du etwas über TWINT schickst, kann es bis zu 24H gehen oder 3 Tagen wenn du es am Freitagabend machst.

Regarding Neon… I also have it and the app crashes every day and is pretty slow (Android). Pretty annoying compared to Yuh or others…
I don’t use Twint with them so I can’t tell.

Seems to occur only with Android. If couple of us (I‘m an iPhone user but habe no problem to inform support) are writing to their support, this might hopefully change soon.

I’ve sent messages already, they now want me to record my screen to show what happens because they don’t understand what happen…But of course every time I wanted to record it was not crashing so I kind of gave up…
But if many people send them an email they will maybe investigate a bit further…
