One thing that has been bugging me since quite some time, is whether I should invest the bulk of my portfolio in VT or VWRL. I think the forum is split on the matter. Some users want absolutely the lowest cost possible, others don’t want anything to do with USA.

I’ve been a visitor on the forum for a while now and have learned a lot from some of the more veteran Mustachians so firstly a big thank you for that!
As one of my first posts I wanted to get your opinion on something we are in the process of deciding regading our investments.
We initially started on Degiro with the VWRL, and a while back (after learning about it on this forum) switched to IB and continued adding only VT to our portfolio.
Now getting close to the dreaded (for so…
VWRL (irish based version of VT). Since the wht loss is a bit more than VT, make VWRL your daughter’s ETF, and you “take” VT. (assuming the value of her investment is lower than yours)
