What is a good low-carbon alternative to VT?

Without going into the usual discussion whether it is a good idea or not, could you share your insights (if any) on how to find the best (lowest TER, highest liquidity, US-domiciled, etc…) ETF which would contain all companies in VT minus the big fossil fuel producers (Exxon, BP, etc…)?

No, that does not do it. It also filters out (among other things like porn and alcohol) nuclear energy, which is something I’d like to be invested more, from a carbon-emission reduction POV.
