I think at your level you should focus on the Why ? What is bringing you joy outside of work and staying indoor.
Spending a minimum is necessary to enjoy life. You could listen to some podcast like

- Nick Maggiulli blog articles. Spending 50 chf at your level is a marginal decision. Spending below 0,01% or your net worth (< 120 chf) is not worth the mental load.
Like you do, I am also risk averse. I will refrain from FIRing before meeting a partner and starting a family if it is in your life objective.
It is better to estimate a lifespeding for a family if it is a goal.
