Teen account for kids (11yo)

Looking for a teen account with pots and stuff for an 11yo. Saw the article on Teen accounts but seems like not much meeting my needs.

Anyone know if it works if I open a yuh account on my name and give my son full access? Seems it has all the features I want for him (long term solution, pots, twint, low fx) and could swap for something in his name when 14. He’s my only child under 14 and I use other accounts, so no chance I’ll need it myself.

Context is that my 11yo is getting deep on tracking his income and saving goals, with paid chores and he sells lolly bags to family and friends. The UBS kids account is frustrating and I want to move him to his own account with a pots feature for budgeting/saving. He uses literal pots with cash at the moment, so he’s ready for this.

Technically this is possible of course, just like sharing the password for this forum with your son.
Just be aware that you might not be able to log in on two devices at the same time. So if you give your son a smartphone with the Yuh app installed, you might not be able to access the same account on your own smartphone.

Personally, I consider the other risks of such a setup as manageable.
