Tax certificate from Crowdcube and Wefunder - any one having experience?

Hello Guys,
I have been starting playing with Crowcube and Wefunder in 2022 and now is the first time I need to tax declaration after that.

Do you receive any statement from them?
Which kind of declaration is to be given in the tax declaration?

Any guide is very welcome!!
