Has anyone using Swisscard Credit Cards noticed that the app doesn’t show transactions anymore?
I’ve done already 2-3 transactions successfully but the app doesn’t show them at all.
I’ve noticed some glitches as well. Sometimes, there was no mobile notification and the transaction was missing (the transaction amount was reflected in the “pending amount”, though). After a few days, the transaction showed up in the list of all transactions…

For me the app just has been horribly slow in the last two or so weeks. It takes ages for the transactions screen to show up if at all, switching between cards almost impossible .. fun stuff
The Swisscard app no longer works on my mobile since roughly the last 2 or 3 versions.
A control was introduced to see if the device is rooted or not. And since I use GrapheneOS (with Google Play Services), it’s essentially rooted.
Given the rather banal nature of a credit card app (compared to say, a real banking app with stuff, if pirated, that can ruin your life) – I was surprised.
Of course, no easy way to submit a complaint.
