It looks like the minimum income levels to avoid contribution gaps.

This is the min. income you need for the year to count as an AHV year (and must be reported by your employer). But only for the minimum pension, for the maximum pension it is of course more.
Tipp: Since the information sheet is in German, I recommend Gabor Gaspar’s podcast episode on how AHV works. The episode features a guest from the AHV office of Kanton Schwyz.
