I have been a customer for a year and today I find out that payments made through Neon on eBill do not appear in the bank statements.
It seems absurd to me (with postfinance they were reported instead).
Does anyone know if it’s possible to get Neon to include them?
If not, for those of you who have a Neon (free) account is this not a problem?
Just checked mine, all payments appear fine in the pdf generated statements and on the home view. Maybe a bug, or you paid those payments via another banking platform/account for example?
No problems here as well. I have multiple eBill payments per month and they all appear on the statements.
I once read somewhere that you can link your eBill account to several banks. If that’s true, I could imagine that you paid with another bank?

: I checked your suggestion and actually I did pay via eBill with Postfinance and not Neon (I wrongly thought that you couldn’t have two eBill accounts with two banks at the same time).
So, ‘problem’ solved
