Hi everyone,
I’m Paul, in his early thirties and I work in sales for an IT company between Toulouse and Lausanne.

I have several pillars for FIRE:

  • Real Estate: 3 investments for 7 rooms for students in Toulouse, France.
  • Frugal: I save up to 50% of my net income, averaging 25% over the last 3 months due to a number of personal changes in my life.
  • ETF: Passive management 100% World ETF.
  • Next project: Renovation/construction of a “déficit foncier” real estate operation (a tax break in France to help investors save on tax).

If you have any questions about investing in France, I’d be delighted to help.

I’d like to organize an event in Lausanne where we can meet over a drink! :wink:

There is already a Romandie WhatsApp group.

But I am not aware of à Lausanne specific group.
