That’s good and all. I did not intend to move the large sum all at once but in smaller chunks. However in the end you’re still asked the amount you would want to move in the next year and I answered truthfully.
I don’t see how that should be a deal-breaker for a broker or bank.
In the end the problem would only be post-poned to a later date, while the money would already be at SAXO and locked up for I guess weeks. Thankfully no money has been transfered yet…
At what point does one just give up?
Called, actually spoke to someone, was promised a callback the same day. That was on Tuesday.
I’d say Wednesday was a good day to give up.
Yea tickets take ages to be resolved, but on the phone they pick up quickly.

Same. But I’ve never had to contact support, so I can’t compare my experience with that of others.

Since then I didn’t really need any customer service. So can’t say
Except with Wingo you actually get decent support. Same-Day replacement of hardware and the Chat is fast.
Based on recent reviews on Google there seem to be a major problems at Saxo regarding new account openings and / or portfolio transfers.
Yet they invest heavily on Ads on Youtube. 
But the one I saw is really good! Can’t find it, the one where a waiter cuts off and eats a piece of ordered steak.
Reminds me of the Oatly playbook, crazy good marketing, absolute dogshit operations.
After four months, SAXO would like additional documentation.
