Thank for the heads up and for the information.
I was not aware of this regulation, however I am not surprised, as wrote in my initial thread, regarding pension from HU we expect zero amount.
We start from scratch. 
Regarding housing I fully feel you, finding the same quality level of apartment within the same neighborhood in our current village, for sale currently and probably in the future is nearly impossible.
At the moment the lack of retirement fund is stealing the show so we let it go this concern.
