In light of the upcoming Win10 support end this fall: Is there a platform were refurbished business notebooks deals are posted (Lenovo, Elitebook etc. with CH layout)?
Something similar to mydealz.de in Germany.

I tend to buy old thinkpads off 2nd hand markets.
I went around the limitations for Windows 11 and tricked the installation process on what is supposed to be unsupported hardware

At the moment, this tutorial works pretty well:

What I have found out is that it does not work if
- the computer goes to sleep during the process
- there are drivers in the device manager with an orange exclamation mark (devices with a conflicting driver or a driver that does not work => disable these first)

Maybe, this is a good opportunity to switch to Linux. (Distrowatch). (…and save our environment with no tech waste).
I also tend to buy old business thinkpads off 2nd hand markets. My latest one I bought over Recare on ricardo.ch.
After my purchase I realised, that they also sell hardware off their online store (firesales.ch) (where the products are even cheaper, because they of the ommision of any plattform fees).
The good thing is, that almost all of their hardware have CH Layout.
