I’m brand new to the IBKR world and would like to know if there’s an easy way to rebalance your wallet, directly on the customer portal. I have split my various investments into percentages and would like to be able to keep these proportions in the future. Could you advise me on this?

There is no automatic way unfortunately.
I made myself a spreadsheet, that says how much my allocations are off in %/money/shares.
So it tells me I need to sell X share of Y and buy V shares of U.
No, but you can through the desktop app: Rebalance Your Portfolio | Interactive Brokers LLC
Or even programmatically via the API.
