I wonder if it means something for us. I know at least two buildings that have the commercial space between 1/3 and 2/3 empty. I wonder what will happen.
I’ve heard some general predictions that the demand for commercial real estate is going down. The demand for private/home space will stay the same or even grow. These are based mostly on the successes with working from home. No real source so consider them rumours at this stage.
What’s pretty obvious is that commercial spaces will have great challenges.
