No, moving expenses when changing your employer are part of your cost of living and therefore not deductible.

It would only apply if you would remain with your employer and the move was absolutely necessary. For example, due to a residency requirement or because your employer is relocating. If you are moving for a new employer, you cannot deduct the costs, obviously.
