Does anyone has experience with mortgage brokerage from PropertyOwner (Mortgage Comparison - Premium Real Estate Solutions | Swiss Property Owners Association)?
I have been searching for mortgage brokers and most of them mention the pre-condition that I should not be contacting any banks directly. I would like to retain my option of speaking directly with at least a couple of banks.
I spoke with one the guys from PropertyOwner today and they do not seem to have this pre-condition and hence wanted to check the experiences on the forum.
