Migros Bank - liquidation of its Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV

Not a mustachian investment, but it seems that Migros bank is reviewing its offer.

On July 17 at the extraordinary general meeting, the dissolution and liquidation of the Migros Bank (Lux) Fonds umbrella fund (Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV managed by UBS Asset Management) will be put to vote.

Total client assets under management exceed CHF 400 millions

They might be moving their funds to Switzerland. I only see CH-domiciled funds on their website and there is e.g., “Migros Bank (CH) Fonds 45 A”, which was launched on 1 April, 2026.

They have always offered Swiss funds.

The investor had the choice between a Swiss or a Luxembourg fund.

Their fund offering will now be limited to swiss funds.
