I read several threads here but could not find advices on learning resources to become a wiser buyer of (Swiss) RE.

For those who purchased, or are closer to:

  1. What are the sources of information that thought you the most?
  2. If you were back to be a newbie looking to purchase in the next 3-5 years, where would you start from?
