So I am setting up shop, I mean the shop is running but found an accountant who will coach me with the OCAS “procedure”. I need to produce invoices, I hear from everywhere, it is easy, just use the a utility bill as a template, no fix rules… However, I need to produce 2-4 invoices per week (also backwards for 3 months) and honestly I do not really want to spend a lot of time on it. I have and hopefully will have regular clients, basically the same invoice, just different amount and different date.
Does any good, Swiss-compatible software exist for it? It must be able to produce invoices in English or in English+French combo (I think none of my clients will need a French invoice).
I was on a hunt for something user-friendly and feature-rich enough, with multi-currency multi-client invoicing, for my wife -
And decided on Paymo.
So do give that one a fit check (I assume templates can be setup in various languages too).
(Not sure what “swiss-compatible” would mean - you can compose your own templates with whatever info you wish)
Thank you! Which tier are you on? I only need invoicing, I see it is complete suite, which is good if I ever need it but so far I am OK. The multi-currency is super useful, as I need to invoice in USD.
By Swiss-compatible I just meant that it can do invoices that the local authorities will accept. But anyway I will double-check with the accountant, he just told me that I can do anything and no software needed, but then I realised that doing backward 30+ invoices is a pain. I honestly thought there are 3-4 competing Swiss software.
There’s a lot of “swiss products”,
but honestly there are like 5 entities you need to have on the invoice and that is “swiss-compatible”.
You can do it all with a set of Word+Excel/Docs+Sheets too.
I believe she took the first paid tier,
Since the free solution only allows storing 3 or so clients, and that’s too few (unless you want to rotate and they are non-repeating).
