I read this post Der beste Broker der Schweiz (Vergleich 2023)
and I registered for Interactive Brokers. Now, I want to buy my first ETF

Vanguard ISIN US9220427424

When i search for this ISIN there are several search results are popping up. Which one do I have to choose?

Hi Steve and welcome.
The different results represent the same ETF being offered at different stock exchanges - sometimes this also means it is listed in a different currency.
You can find the abbreviations here: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=exchanges.
Different exchanges also mean different commissions.
Most usual (and I believe cheapest) is to buy it at ARCA, this is what pops up when you enter ‘VT’ (in the US this symbol is used more that the ISIN).
In that case you buy in USD, so you have to change some CHF into USD first.

IBKR is a good choice, I‘m with them since 2 years. And VT is also en excellent choice when building your mustacian portfolio!

In your screenshot (searching for VT), that’s the top result (“VT STK@SMART”)
