I referred somebody to IBKR and they received the IBKR welcome shares.
One year after the person joined, they tried to sell the IBKR shares, but it’s not possible, the error says that they’re not vested yet.
Can all the IBKR shares be sold only 1 year after the last one of them was received (that is de facto 2 years after the person has joined?)
