For the tool to be useful it would be important to update the above with the return you expect to get on your assets if you did not buy the house. E.g. might be 6 or 7% for equities
In addition it has 0 purchase taxes whilst in some cantons it is >6%
Also watch out for the imputed rental value which varies from canton to canton and enter your correct marginal tax rate
