How to spot foreign CHF credit card transactions?

So, I followed this advice, and it didn’t work. Still got charged 2.5% once the transaction settled.

The advice is from 2021. I mostly use Revolut for online payments. Or Twint where available. I haven’t seen any surcharge for these two ever.
