Do you know of a good and super simple final will template?
I made a final will but then I learned that it needs to be written by hand (?) in order to be valid. So I have been putting it off since my will was quite long. I think it should be possible to make it much shorter and simpler. In regards to the split of assets I’m thinking its easier to e.g. name person X gets all the assets in Y trading account, person Y gets my share of the house etc.
Any thoughts, links or templates are much appreciated! thanks
