I was on Sunrise network before, which works well enough for me in most places, but I can’t compare to other networks from recent experience. Not sure there could be a difference between different providers in the same network?

I took me around 2-3 minutes to reach a customer service representative at spusu and at mucho.
Agreed; not all customer services are the same. I’d say Spusu is really exceptional, you can even reach them by Whatsapp, and they respond quickly and efficiently.

It seems like only the Home Internet with 2.5 Gbit/s Speed: Home Supermax +TV | yallo is still discounted (2.5 GBps + TV for 37.90/month). I don’t see an option for slower speeds.
Yes the promotion seems to have stopped… there might be a chance to call them.
