Differences in 2nd Edition of 'Free by 40 in Switzerland' Book

I received an email with a PDF download of the 2nd edition of MP’s book ‘Free by 40 in Switzerland’.

Does anybody happen to know what the difference between the 1st & 2nd editions is? I have the original hardback book.
