Hi I have been asked to do some consulting by an Asian company looking to break into Europe. I am currently employed in Switzerland and was considering taking this consulting on as an additional income stream for a few months. BUT I have no clue how to start this, or even if it is allowed, with regards to work permits (I am a B permit), taxes, insurance, setting up a company etc..

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Check if your contract allows it.

Also check your current contracts and policies as well; you may have agreed to a non-compete clause.
