Mr Dalio try to share his vision of the future which is just one of the narratives.

  • How many of us double checked his data to be sure they are correct?
  • Today it seems China is rising but it can still never happen, will some main actors on the same region just look at them (Japan, South Corea)?
    Nobody can predict the future and there are too many variables to consider. Even if in 20-30 years mr Dalio happen to be right, I will call it just a fortunate guess.

I don’t know what you expect. Japan and Korea (just shifted in time a few decades) have aging populations. I don’t think you can change certain processes that take decades to unfold. China is probably gonna follow the tracks of Japan and Korea anyway, just a bit later.
