I also have an account at Swissquote, but most of my portfolio is at IBKR.
IBKR claims “Prices are realtime and sourced from all exchanges”. My suspicion is that this consolidation is not guaranteed to actually include market data straight from SIX, maybe depending on market data subscriptions. So the displayed spread is from a secondary listing.
IBKR used to provide only delayed data for SIX listings but snapshots were available. Now it seems worse with inaccurate realtime data and no longer offering snapshots, as far as I can tell.

I took the screenshot during trading hours (at 13:38) from IBKR. It seems that I don’t have the real time market data from SIX exchange.
Just buy SPICHA , it’s from UBS and will have good spread on SIX.
for IBKR spread on CHSPI, sometimes you need to refresh the quote. At least on mobile app.
