It can definitely be tricky for some subjects. But in general it is possible if you sacrifice leisure time/weekends for it. Problem is that if you are here on a student visa, you are not allowed to work more than 15h/week during the semester, which is most likely not enough to sustain yourself. Most either have the luck of paying relatives, or stipends.
Not sure if that’s your thing, but if you continue the academic journey and come to CH for doing a PhD, it would become easier because you get a living wage as a PhD student (low in relation to CH, but good enough to live decently).
