As I am researching Swiss residential real estate funds, I figured I would share my findings with this group. They are organised in a Google Sheet that you are welcome to peruse. If you know of matching funds that I have not listed there, I would be happy to hear about it (you can comment here or on the sheet) so I can add them. If you are able to fill the holes or find a mistake, I am also happy to hear about it.

There was a good list from CSAM, but unfortunately the link now leads to UBS but no document.
One that you could add is BALSP (direct, high residential)
Is your Market Cap from the annual report?
Using the current (approx.) fund trading price may be “better”, else Agio values may be somewhat outdated.
→ especially for the UBS/CS funds involved in the announced fund mergers (eg CS Real Estate Fund Green Property) . See the other thread about this.

Thanks for that list. I have updated mine with more relevant funds I found there, including BALSP.
Most of the data on my list is coming from the annual reports so it’s sometimes outdated. I have read about the UBS/CS merger in the other thread.
