Can EU residents hold (and buy) CH domiciled (no UCITS compliant) ETFs?

Hi All

I currently hold some CH domiciled ETFs which I bought through a CH broker on SIX. These ETFs are not UCITS compliant.

As I will leave Switzerland soon (moving to a EU country), and I want to keep holding the mentioned ETFs (and maybe buy some more on regular base in the future) would there be any problem?

In simple words, is the there any EU or CH restriction that impedes EU residents to hold and buy (on SIX via CH broker) CH domiciled (no UCITS compliant) ETFs?

Thank you in advance
Best

Not too my knowledge, if the Swiss broker will sell them to/buy them for you.
