I was just wondering if someone already tried to buy US ETF without first converting CHF to USD. Do you know if i is even possible?
(probably it’s a very stupid question, I know

I assume you are asking about IB.
If you have a margin account, then it is of course possible and does not affect your margin requirements as long as the currency doesn’t flash crash.
I’m not sure about the effective cost though. You may be charged negative interest on your CHF balance and lending cost on your USD deficit. Best to clarify with IB directly.

If using Interactive Brokers, simply buy the ETFs in Trader Workstation and then convert currencies using this guide
