Buying apartment in Switzerland: Dos and Don'ts

Hey Guys!!
I like apartment which I like and would like to buy. I have 20% more or less. I would like your suggestions on pledging.
Should I pledge 3a or pillar 2?
Can you share your experience on how did you manage the finances for the property?
Any other feedback or suggestion to first time buyers?
