I want to buy BMW stock (so I guess its BMW IBIS on IB), I buy them in US Dollar, is there anything I should be aware of? Thank you in advance.
BMW on IBIS (Xetra) is listed in EUR, not USD. This is where the original listing is so this is the best exchange to buy.

On a side note, if you invest a certain amount you might want to claim the withholding tax on your dividend from germany. You could reduce to 15% wht if you order a tax certificate from IB for 30eur and fill the R-D1 form
