I am very interested in buying a 4.5 apartment in Lausanne. The location is great, next to lake - but needs quite a bit of modernising - new windows, balcony doors, kitchen and bathroom at a minimum - but the layout is also very strange. Ideally, the kitchen would be moved to have a combined kitchen, dining area. It was built in 1965 so also possibility of asbestos I guess.
Does anybody have recommendations for a building company / independent building manager who could come and view the property and provide estimates for the work involved?
