Would you use one?
I was approached by a company that would cost me 1 month of rent, only if I choose one of the tenants they suggest. They’d advertise on all websites, make photos, 3D video, show the place, do the checks like salary, debt etc, prepare the contract. I can still sign the contract with someone else that I find on my own and I won’t need to pay them anything in that case.
WDYT? I wanted to do all by myself but being busy this sounds like a good offer.
