Active funds for emerging markets

Hi guys,

Assumption: a significant number of active funds manage to consistently outperform in non-efficient markets, especially EM.

I try to find a fund which achieves consistent outperformance over MSCI EM…

How would you screen for such funds? Any recommendationed websites?

I looked directly at major providers and found this one to be interesting:

Fees are a real turn-off though.

Any thoughts?

Spontaneously FRDM comes to my mind, approach makes some sense to me (if you’re into active), since you’re dealing with quite some political/regulatory risk in EM.

Factor approaches might also work better in EM, assuming they might be less efficient.

(Personally, I’d just go with market cap, as usual)

This product https://freedometfs.com ?

Interesting approach. Will need to check it out.

Yep, that’s the one.
