Is too late to call Zak, so I’m trying my luck here.
It seems zack changed their condition, now you have 25k limit per week, and no more a limit on a single transaction.

I found out in the app the maestro card has 3000 chf limit. But I didn’t know the new limits - it used to be 5000 chf biggest transaction and 10’000 per week. I’m glad it changed to 25k pauschal per week, any size!
