it’s 5 CHF per “customer relationship”, and our 5 accounts are under the same customer relationship ---

This is not bad at all. How come my custom manager tells me that each account cost 5 CHF per month…hmm ---

Maybe you have a good old deal that doesn’t exist anymore. (He disagrees with this guess as well.) ---

This is weird… you should open just one bank account and then “order” new financial products inside the account. Products like “checking accounts”. I can still open new accounts (pardon, “order new products and services”) for free. ---

I have this Smart package with 2 private accounts - CHF and EUR. Costs 5 chf total per month. I Wonder if i can get a USD account too and it stays the same as 5 chf? ---

Smart is the package I have right now. Yet only one chf private account (aka IBAN) of my name. I don’t need EUR or USD account. But I do want to have an private account of my wife’s name and, if no additional cost, another joint private account of our name. Do you know if that can all be included in one package – smart and costing 5CHF / month in total? ---

IMO there is only “customer relationship” per bank package allowed. You are refering to three relationships: 1. You 2. Your wife 3. Both of you So three packages (3x5 CHF) in this case I guess 🧐 ---

No, it’s still 5 CHF/mo. We have only one “customer relationship” and that customer relationship is a shared “account” between me and my wife. Then we named those accounts “mine”, “yours”, “children’s”… I don’t know how it works now, but when I opened this account I just put both names on the same account. ---
