You mean if appeal you might get sth worse? I doubt it. Some one has such experience?

I donât think youâd get something worse. But if you appealed and it happened again, I think youâd say goodbye to the whole month after antagonising the supervisor.
I would not appeal. Keep the church in the village, as we would say in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
I think unless you want to sue the RAV and willing to file a case against them (which I would never recommend) via ombudsman, maybe best would be to just ask them exactly
- what are the expectations in general
- what are the rules for penalty and can they share the rules
If there are standard set of rules: then most likely they can share and you can judge if you were treated fairly.
On the other hand if there are no standard rules and individual officers are empowered to take individual decisions, then I think there isnât much you can do.
I think you need to realise that lot of people are trying to scam RAV on regular basis. So itâs understandable that they donât give benefit of doubt so easily.
