With 3M CHF in cash, I’d put 1.5M CHF into VT, 1M CHF in RE (eventually for a multi-tenant building where you can use one of the appartments yourself?) and 0.5M CHF into crypto with good staking returns, e.g. Kusama/Polkadot.

Not sure about crypto, but the first 2 points are solid and relatively fool-proof. Thank you for the suggestion
