New security upgrades prevent me from using E-Banking

I have made it more visible on the opening post. But here again for your convenience: SZKB (Schwyzer Kantonalbank)

Wise is working fine for most things. Most importantly the IBKR integration, but also receiving just about any EUR coming in over my IBAN (Kraken, Bitstamp, and also Ukrainian ICU). But sadly it doesn’t work so well for sending. It block the above 3 and Degiro blocks it from their side.

Are there any free (or nearly-free) EUR accounts left that don’t force you to use Google (or pay money for special login devices)? I know DKB doesn’t work. Does somebody know about Swissquote? Seems they still allow SMS, and the account seems free.

Criteria:

  • No Google / Apple
  • Low cost
  • SEPA EUR bank account (not payment service provider)

Equatex have gone and done the same thing.

Now they mandate using their own stupid EquateAccess mobile app for 2FA instead of industry standard 2FA apps.

If all companies do that I’ll end up having to install a 2FA for each one. Well, not, I will drop Equatex and push for my company to drop them too.
