You could reclaim DA-1 if the amount is above 100 chf and other factors. So if VT earn you 2,7% in dividend of your investment you could reclaim 15% WHT of the US positions.
I’ll let you calculate the amount you will need to invest to reclaim something. You can find a specific thread on the subject when time will come.
