Hey guys, have you heard about Graham Stephan? In short, he didn’t get to college, so he made a real estate agent licence, bought his first rental property at age 21, then he started a YouTube channel and gained crazy popularity, with 2 million subscribers. Currently, at the age of 30, his net worth is $6 million.

I like that he is able to talk in an engaging and sincere way. Here’s a couple of his videos on FIRE:

I also enjoy The Plain Bagel. He sometimes does videos together with Ben Felix (can remember at least one).
